Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup ground pecans
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1-2 tbsp sweetener
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup pecan halves

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, combine almond flour, ground pecans, melted butter, and sweetener. Mix well.
  • Press the mixture into a pie dish and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let the crust cool.
  • Beat the cream cheese and sweetener until smooth.
  • Add vanilla extract and salt. Mix again.
  • Slowly pour in heavy cream and beat until fluffy.
  • Spread the filling over the cooled crust and smooth it out.
  • Sprinkle pecan halves on top, pressing them into the filling.
  • Chill for at least 4 hours to set.
