- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup ground pecans
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1-2 tbsp sweetener
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup pecan halves
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, combine almond flour, ground pecans, melted butter, and sweetener. Mix well.
Press the mixture into a pie dish and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Let the crust cool.
Beat the cream cheese and sweetener until smooth.
Add vanilla extract and salt. Mix again.
Slowly pour in heavy cream and beat until fluffy.
Spread the filling over the cooled crust and smooth it out.
Sprinkle pecan halves on top, pressing them into the filling.
Chill for at least 4 hours to set.
