- 1 ¾ cups almond flour
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- ¼ cup sugar-free dried cranberries
- ½ cup erythritol
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp melted butter
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a baking sheet.
