Ingredients
  

  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp almond flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp pizza sauce
  • ¼ cup mozzarella for topping
  • 4-5 slices of pepperoni

Instructions
 

  • Preheat waffle maker.
  • Whisk together egg, mozzarella, almond flour, baking powder, and seasoning.
  • Pour half the batter into waffle maker, cook 3-4 minutes. Repeat for second chaffle.
  • Spread pizza sauce on each chaffle, top with cheese and pepperoni.
  • Melt cheese in microwave (30 sec) or broil for 1-2 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!
