Ingredients
  

  • Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
  • Parmesan cheese ½ cup
  • Almond flour 1 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Heavy cream ¼ cup
  • Baking powder ½ tsp
  • Garlic powder ½ tsp
  • Italian seasoning 1 tsp
  • Chopped pepperoni ¼ cup, optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  • Whisk eggs, heavy cream, and seasonings in a bowl.
  • Add almond flour, baking powder, and cheeses. Stir well.
  • Fold in chopped pepperoni.
  • Scoop into muffin tin, filling ¾ full.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes.
