- Almond Flour: 2 cups
- Baking Powder: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Egg: 1 large
- Mozzarella Cheese: 1 cup
- Butter: 2 tablespoons
- Boiling Water: 1 cup
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and butter. Microwave until melted, stirring every 15 seconds. 
- In a separate bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the egg and melted cheese mixture, then combine to form dough. 
- Let the dough rest for 10 minutes covered with a damp towel. 
- Shape the dough into small bites or twists, then drop them in boiling salted water for 30 seconds each. 
- Transfer to the baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with salt. 
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
