Ingredients
  

  • Almond Flour: 1 ½ cups
  • Mozzarella Cheese: 2 cups
  • Cream Cheese: 2 tablespoons
  • Eggs: 2 large
  • Baking Powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Baking Soda: 2 tablespoons
  • Heavy Cream: ½ cup
  • Cheddar Cheese: 1 cup
  • Butter: 1 tablespoon

Instructions
 

  • Melt mozzarella and cream cheese in the microwave until smooth.
  • Mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Combine with the cheese mixture and one egg to form a dough.
  • Shape into balls and boil in baking soda water for 30 seconds.
  • Place on a baking sheet, brush with egg wash, and sprinkle with salt.
  • Bake at 400°F for 10-12 minutes.
  • Make the cheese sauce by melting heavy cream, cheddar, and butter together.
  • Serve pretzel bites warm with cheese sauce.
