Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 3/4 cup sweetener
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line your pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix almond flour, sweetener, baking powder, and pumpkin pie spice in a bowl.
  • In another bowl, whisk eggs, pumpkin puree, and melted coconut oil.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
