- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- ¼ cup unsalted butter melted
- 1 large egg
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded Gruyère or Swiss cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a pie dish.
