Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, parmesan, egg, ranch seasoning, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley.
  • Roll into equal-sized meatballs and place on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Serve hot with keto ranch dressing or your favorite low-carb sauce.
