- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1-2 tbsp low-carb sweetener
- 1/2 cup ice
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a blender.
Add the frozen raspberries, coconut milk, sweetener, and ice into the blender.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
