- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ cup butter
- ½ cup keto sweetener
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 2 tbsp keto sweetener (for raspberry swirl)
Heat raspberries and sweetener in a saucepan until thickened. Cool.
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
