Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup keto sweetener
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 tbsp keto sweetener (for raspberry swirl)

Instructions
 

  • Heat raspberries and sweetener in a saucepan until thickened. Cool.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
  • Mix almond flour and baking powder in a bowl.
  • Cream butter and sweetener, then mix in eggs and vanilla.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  • Layer batter and raspberry swirl in the pan, creating a marbled effect.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes. Cool before slicing.
