Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup fresh raspberries
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1-2 tsp keto sweetener
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Blend raspberries, vinegar, lemon juice, sweetener, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Slowly drizzle in olive oil while blending to emulsify.
  • Strain (optional) for a smoother texture.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  • Store in a jar and refrigerate for up to 5 days. Shake well before serving.
