- ½ cup fresh raspberries
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1-2 tsp keto sweetener
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt & pepper to taste
Blend raspberries, vinegar, lemon juice, sweetener, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Slowly drizzle in olive oil while blending to emulsify.
Strain (optional) for a smoother texture.
