Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ½ cup roasted red peppers
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small garlic clove minced
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Drain and pat dry roasted red peppers.
  • Add all ingredients to a food processor.
  • Blend until smooth, or pulse for a chunkier texture.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes.
