- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- ½ cup roasted red peppers
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small garlic clove minced
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes optional
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt & pepper to taste
Drain and pat dry roasted red peppers.
Add all ingredients to a food processor.
Blend until smooth, or pulse for a chunkier texture.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
