These Keto Reese’s Cups are a low-carb, sugar-free version of the classic peanut butter and chocolate treat. They’re creamy, rich, and incredibly satisfying while staying completely keto-friendly. Perfect for quick desserts, meal prep, or whenever a chocolate craving hits!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp powdered erythritol or monk fruit
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp sea salt optional

Instructions
 

  • Line a muffin tin with 12 silicone or paper liners.
  • Melt ½ cup of chocolate with 1 tbsp of coconut oil in the microwave or double boiler.
  • Spoon melted chocolate into each cup, coating the bottom. Freeze for 10 minutes.
  • Mix peanut butter, sweetener, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
  • Add a spoonful of peanut butter mixture to each cup and flatten slightly.
  • Melt the remaining chocolate with 1 tbsp coconut oil and pour over the peanut butter.
  • Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes until set.
  • Remove from liners and enjoy!
