These Keto Reese’s Cups are a low-carb, sugar-free version of the classic peanut butter and chocolate treat. They’re creamy, rich, and incredibly satisfying while staying completely keto-friendly. Perfect for quick desserts, meal prep, or whenever a chocolate craving hits!

- 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- ½ cup natural peanut butter
- 2 tbsp powdered erythritol or monk fruit
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp sea salt optional
Line a muffin tin with 12 silicone or paper liners.
Melt ½ cup of chocolate with 1 tbsp of coconut oil in the microwave or double boiler.
Spoon melted chocolate into each cup, coating the bottom. Freeze for 10 minutes.
Mix peanut butter, sweetener, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
Add a spoonful of peanut butter mixture to each cup and flatten slightly.
Melt the remaining chocolate with 1 tbsp coconut oil and pour over the peanut butter.
Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes until set.
Remove from liners and enjoy!
