  • Mixing bowl
  • Spatula
  • Measuring spoons
  • Plate for cooling

Ingredients
  

  • Canned salmon: 2 cans 5 oz each
  • Almond flour: 1/4 cup
  • Eggs: 2 large
  • Mayonnaise: 3 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt & pepper: to taste
  • Fresh parsley: 2 tablespoons

Instructions
 

  • Drain and flake the canned salmon into a large bowl.
  • Add the almond flour, eggs, mayonnaise, and spices to the bowl.
  • Mix everything together until well combined.
  • Scoop out 2 tablespoons of the mixture and form into a patty.
  • Repeat until all the mixture is used.
  • Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the salmon cakes to the skillet and cook each side for 4-5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  • Drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
  • Serve and enjoy!
