- 1 lb sausage
- 1 small head of cabbage 4 cups
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook sausage until browned and remove from the skillet.
