  • 1 lb sausage
  • 1 small head of cabbage 4 cups
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook sausage until browned and remove from the skillet.
  • Sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
  • Add shredded cabbage, stirring to combine.
  • Season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cover and cook until tender.
  • Return sausage to the skillet and mix well.
