Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder optional
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cooked sausage
  • 2 tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp melted butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  • In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
  • In another bowl, beat eggs, then stir in sour cream and butter.
  • Combine wet and dry mixtures.
  • Fold in sausage and cheese gently.
  • Scoop dough into 8 mounds on the baking sheet.
  • Bake 18–22 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly and enjoy!
