Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cooked ground sausage
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet or mini muffin tin.
  • Cook sausage and drain any grease. Let cool slightly.
  • Mix sausage with cream cheese until smooth.
  • In another bowl, combine almond flour, mozzarella, egg, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Fold in the sausage mixture to form a thick dough.
  • Scoop into balls and place on tray or in muffin tin.
