Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 1 package (12 oz) cauliflower hash browns
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook 1 lb of breakfast sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat and set aside.
  • Sauté a 12 oz package of cauliflower hash browns in the same skillet until golden and cooked through.
  • Whisk together 8 large eggs, 1/2 cup heavy cream, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste in a mixing bowl.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Layer the cooked sausage and sautéed hash browns evenly in the baking dish.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and hash browns, ensuring it spreads evenly.
  • Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool slightly before slicing into portions and serving.
