- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 1 package (12 oz) cauliflower hash browns
- 8 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cook 1 lb of breakfast sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat and set aside.
Sauté a 12 oz package of cauliflower hash browns in the same skillet until golden and cooked through.
Whisk together 8 large eggs, 1/2 cup heavy cream, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste in a mixing bowl.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Layer the cooked sausage and sautéed hash browns evenly in the baking dish.
Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and hash browns, ensuring it spreads evenly.
