Ingredients
  

  • Mushrooms 8 oz
  • Broccoli 2 cups
  • Olive Oil 2 tbsp
  • Garlic 2 cloves, minced
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Butter 1 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Clean and slice the mushrooms. Chop the broccoli into florets.
  • Heat a large sauté pan over medium heat and add the olive oil and butter.
  • Once the oil and butter are melted, add the mushrooms and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for another 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the broccoli to the pan and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Once cooked to your liking, remove from heat and serve warm.
