- Mushrooms 8 oz
- Broccoli 2 cups
- Olive Oil 2 tbsp
- Garlic 2 cloves, minced
- Salt and Pepper
- Butter 1 tbsp
Clean and slice the mushrooms. Chop the broccoli into florets.
Heat a large sauté pan over medium heat and add the olive oil and butter.
Once the oil and butter are melted, add the mushrooms and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for another 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the broccoli to the pan and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Once cooked to your liking, remove from heat and serve warm.
