- 3 cups shredded cabbage
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt pepper, and garlic powder
Sauté cabbage in butter until softened and caramelized. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Mix almond flour, salt, and one egg to form a crust. Press into a pie dish and bake for 8-10 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
Whisk eggs and cream, then stir in cheese and cooked cabbage.
Pour the filling into the crust and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
