Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups shredded cabbage
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt pepper, and garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Sauté cabbage in butter until softened and caramelized. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Mix almond flour, salt, and one egg to form a crust. Press into a pie dish and bake for 8-10 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
  • Whisk eggs and cream, then stir in cheese and cooked cabbage.
  • Pour the filling into the crust and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
