Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1/4 cup Sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp Onion powder (optional)
  • 1 Large egg

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, sesame seeds, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder (if using). Add the egg and mix until a dough forms. It should be a little sticky but manageable.
  • Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough to about 1/8 inch thickness. The thinner, the crispier your crackers will be.
  • Remove the top sheet of parchment paper. Use a knife or pizza cutter to cut the dough into squares or rectangles.
  • Transfer the parchment with the cut dough onto the baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Keep an eye on them, as they can brown quickly!
  • Allow the crackers to cool completely on the baking sheet. They will crisp up as they cool. Once cooled, break them apart along the cut lines.
