Baking Sheet
Knife or pizza cutter
- 1 cup Almond flour
- 1/4 cup Sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder (optional)
- 1/4 tsp Onion powder (optional)
- 1 Large egg
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, sesame seeds, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder (if using). Add the egg and mix until a dough forms. It should be a little sticky but manageable.
Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough to about 1/8 inch thickness. The thinner, the crispier your crackers will be.
Remove the top sheet of parchment paper. Use a knife or pizza cutter to cut the dough into squares or rectangles.
Transfer the parchment with the cut dough onto the baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Keep an eye on them, as they can brown quickly!
Allow the crackers to cool completely on the baking sheet. They will crisp up as they cool. Once cooled, break them apart along the cut lines.
