Ingredients
  

  • Heavy cream – 1/2 cup
  • Almond milk – 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
  • Peppermint extract – 1/4 tsp
  • Ice – 1 cup
  • Sweetener – 1-2 tbsp
  • Green food coloring – optional

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the heavy cream, almond milk, and ice.
  • Add the vanilla and peppermint extracts.
  • Add your sweetener, starting with 1 tablespoon, and adjust as needed.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Add a drop of green food coloring, if desired, and blend again.
  • Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy immediately!
