- Heavy cream – 1/2 cup
- Almond milk – 1/2 cup
- Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
- Peppermint extract – 1/4 tsp
- Ice – 1 cup
- Sweetener – 1-2 tbsp
- Green food coloring – optional
In a blender, combine the heavy cream, almond milk, and ice.
Add the vanilla and peppermint extracts.
Add your sweetener, starting with 1 tablespoon, and adjust as needed.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
