Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet.
  • Cream butter and powdered erythritol until fluffy.
  • Mix in vanilla and salt.
  • Gradually add almond flour until dough forms.
  • Roll dough into 1-inch balls and flatten slightly.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden.
