- 2 bell peppers sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fajita seasoning
- 1 lime zested and juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Slice the bell peppers and onions. Zest and juice the lime. Season the shrimp with fajita seasoning, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
