Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 lb raw shrimp
  • 1/3 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt pepper, smoked paprika (optional)
  • 1 tbsp oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Finely chop raw shrimp and peppers.
  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  • Form into 6–8 small patties.
  • Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook patties 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
