Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb skirt steak
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Whisk olive oil, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, paprika, pepper, and salt in a bowl.
  • Marinate the steak in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  • Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook the steak for 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Rest for 5-10 minutes, then slice against the grain.
