- 1 lb skirt steak
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Whisk olive oil, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, paprika, pepper, and salt in a bowl.
