Ingredients
  

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4-5 slices bacon cooked & chopped
  • 1 cup spinach chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 small onion chopped

Instructions
 

  • Cook bacon until crispy and chop it.
  • Chop spinach and other vegetables if using.
  • In a large bowl, beat eggs and add heavy cream.
  • Stir in cooked bacon, spinach, and seasonings.
  • Pour mixture into the slow cooker.
  • Cook on low for 2-3 hours, checking for doneness after 2 hours.
  • Cool for a few minutes before serving.
