- 8 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4-5 slices bacon cooked & chopped
- 1 cup spinach chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 small onion chopped
Cook bacon until crispy and chop it.
Chop spinach and other vegetables if using.
