Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup pickles chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion thinly sliced
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

For the Special Sauce:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice

Instructions
 

  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Form ground beef into small balls.
  • Place in the pan and smash down with a spatula. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Prep the bowl ingredients while burgers cook.
  • Mix the sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Assemble the bowls with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, cheese, and burger patties.
  • Drizzle with sauce and enjoy!
