- ½ Avocado
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp Psyllium Husk Powder
- 1 handful Spinach
- 1 tsp MCT Oil
- Stevia or Monk Fruit Sweetener to taste
- Ice Cubes optional
Wash and chop the spinach.
Add almond milk and spinach to the blender. Blend until smooth.
Add avocado, chia seeds, psyllium husk, and MCT oil to the blender. Blend well.
Sweeten with stevia or monk fruit sweetener to your liking.
If desired, add ice cubes and blend until frothy.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
