Ingredients
  

  • ½ Avocado
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp Psyllium Husk Powder
  • 1 handful Spinach
  • 1 tsp MCT Oil
  • Stevia or Monk Fruit Sweetener to taste
  • Ice Cubes optional

Instructions
 

  • Wash and chop the spinach.
  • Add almond milk and spinach to the blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Add avocado, chia seeds, psyllium husk, and MCT oil to the blender. Blend well.
  • Sweeten with stevia or monk fruit sweetener to your liking.
  • If desired, add ice cubes and blend until frothy.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
