  • Mason Jars or Silicone Egg Bite Molds
  • Tongs
  • Blender or Mixing Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • Eggs 6 large
  • Heavy Cream 1/4 cup
  • Cheese 1/2 cup shredded
  • Bacon 2 slices
  • Fresh Spinach 1/4 cup
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Set the sous vide cooker to 172°F (78°C).
  • Prepare mason jars or silicone molds by greasing lightly.
  • In a blender, combine eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper, blending until smooth.
  • Add in the cheese, bacon, and spinach, stirring to combine.
  • Pour the mixture into jars or molds, leaving space at the top.
  • Place jars or molds into the water bath and cook for 1 hour.
  • Carefully remove from the water and let cool slightly before serving.
