- 3 cups cauliflower rice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- ½ small onion
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- ¼ cup broth
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp cumin
- Salt & pepper
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
