Ingredients
  

  • 1 low-carb tortilla
  • ½ cup chopped spinach
  • ¼ cup cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a skillet. Sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  • Spread cottage cheese on one half of the tortilla. Add spinach on top.
  • Fold the tortilla and toast both sides in skillet until golden.
