Ingredients
  

  • Steak: 1 lb
  • Low-carb tortillas: 4-6
  • Shredded cheese: 1-2 cups
  • Olive oil: 1 tbsp
  • Taco seasoning: 2 tbsp
  • Avocado: 1
  • Sour cream: 1/4 cup
  • Fresh cilantro: to taste

Instructions
 

  • Season the steak with taco seasoning on both sides.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear the steak for 3-4 minutes on each side or until desired doneness is reached.
  • Remove from the skillet and let it rest before slicing.
  • Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet for 30 seconds on each side.
  • Slice the steak against the grain into thin strips.
  • Assemble the tacos with steak, cheese, avocado, cilantro, and sour cream.
  • Serve immediately.
