- Low-carb tortillas: 4-6
- Shredded cheese: 1-2 cups
- Olive oil: 1 tbsp
- Taco seasoning: 2 tbsp
- Avocado: 1
- Sour cream: 1/4 cup
- Fresh cilantro: to taste
Season the steak with taco seasoning on both sides.
