  • Cast Iron Skillet
  • Sharp knife
  • Garlic Press or Fine Grater
  • Tongs

Ingredients
  

  • Steak, 1 lb
  • Garlic, 3 cloves
  • Butter, 3 tbsp
  • Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Parsley (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Cut steak into 1-inch cubes and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak in a single layer, searing for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from skillet.
  • Lower heat to medium and melt butter in the same skillet. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Return steak bites to the skillet, tossing to coat in garlic butter. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
