- 1 keto wrap under 4g net carbs
- 3 oz steak ribeye or sirloin
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp heavy cream optional
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar
- 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
Season steak with salt and pepper. Let sit 10 minutes.
Sear steak in butter over medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and rest.
Whisk eggs with cream, salt, and pepper.
Scramble eggs in the same skillet over medium-low heat.
Heat wrap in a dry pan for 30 seconds per side.
Slice steak thinly. Fill wrap with steak, eggs, and cheese.
Roll burrito tightly and serve hot.
