Ingredients
  

  • 1 keto wrap under 4g net carbs
  • 3 oz steak ribeye or sirloin
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream optional
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Season steak with salt and pepper. Let sit 10 minutes.
  • Sear steak in butter over medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and rest.
  • Whisk eggs with cream, salt, and pepper.
  • Scramble eggs in the same skillet over medium-low heat.
  • Heat wrap in a dry pan for 30 seconds per side.
  • Slice steak thinly. Fill wrap with steak, eggs, and cheese.
  • Roll burrito tightly and serve hot.
