Ingredients
  

  • Strawberries 2 cups
  • Keto Sweetener 1/4 cup
  • Lemon Juice 1 tsp
  • Xanthan Gum 1/2 tsp
  • Almond Flour 1 cup
  • Keto Sweetener 2 tbsp
  • Baking Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Butter 4 tbsp, melted
  • Egg 1 large

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix strawberries, sweetener, lemon juice, and xanthan gum. Spread in the dish.
  • In another bowl, mix almond flour, sweetener, and baking powder. Stir in butter and egg until combined.
  • Spoon topping over strawberries, spreading evenly.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
