Ingredients
  

  • 2 large cucumbers
  • 1 5 oz can tuna
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp chopped red onion
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs optional

Instructions
 

  • Slice cucumbers in half lengthwise and scoop out the centers.
  • In a bowl, mix tuna, cream cheese, mayo, mustard, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Spoon filling into cucumber boats.
  • Garnish with herbs if desired.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!
