Ingredients
  

  • Ribeye steak 2 cuts
  • Large shrimp 12 pieces
  • Butter 3 tbsp
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Parsley 1 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Bring steak to room temperature and season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat skillet with olive oil and sear steak to desired doneness. Rest steak for 5 minutes.
  • Melt butter in the skillet, sauté garlic, and cook shrimp until pink.
  • Arrange steak and shrimp on a plate, drizzle with garlic butter, and garnish with parsley.
