Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil or avocado oil
  • 1/3 cup sugar-free ketchup
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 3 tbsp keto-friendly sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger optional
  • Optional: green onions sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and pat dry.
  • Toss chicken in almond flour to coat.
  • Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Fry chicken until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, whisk ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce, sweetener, garlic powder, and ginger.
  • Pour sauce into skillet and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  • Add chicken back in and toss to coat.
  • Garnish and serve.
