- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut oil or avocado oil
- 1/3 cup sugar-free ketchup
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 3 tbsp keto-friendly sweetener
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger optional
- Optional: green onions sesame seeds
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and pat dry.
Toss chicken in almond flour to coat.
Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
Fry chicken until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
In a bowl, whisk ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce, sweetener, garlic powder, and ginger.
Pour sauce into skillet and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Add chicken back in and toss to coat.
