- Eggs 2 large
- Almond flour 1 cup
- Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup
- Garlic powder 1 tsp
- Paprika 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/4 tsp
- Sugar-free sweetener 2 tbsp
- Hot sauce 2 tbsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
