Ingredients
  

  • Chicken breast or thighs 1 lb
  • Eggs 2 large
  • Almond flour 1 cup
  • Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Sugar-free sweetener 2 tbsp
  • Hot sauce 2 tbsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and pat dry.
  • In one bowl, combine almond flour, Parmesan cheese, and seasonings.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk eggs for the egg wash.
  • Dip chicken pieces in egg wash, then coat in almond flour mixture.
  • Heat oil in a skillet and fry nuggets until golden and cooked through.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter and mix with sweetener and hot sauce to make the glaze.
  • Toss cooked nuggets in the glaze and serve hot.
