1 lb Ground Beef or Turkey 1 Small Onion, Diced 3 Garlic Cloves, Minced 1 Bell Pepper, Diced 2 Cups Shredded Cheese 1 Cup Sour Cream 1 Cup Salsa 2 tsp Chili Powder 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Cumin Salt and Pepper to Taste
