Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Beef or Turkey
  • 1 Small Onion, Diced
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
  • 1 Bell Pepper, Diced
  • 2 Cups Shredded Cheese
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Cup Salsa
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned.
  • Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper; sauté until softened.
  • Mix in spices, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir in sour cream and salsa; combine well.
  • Transfer mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  • Top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly.
  • Cool slightly before adding toppings and serving.
