Ingredients
  

  • Ground Beef 1 lb
  • Onion ½ cup, chopped
  • Garlic 2 cloves, minced
  • Heavy Cream 1 cup
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1½ cups
  • Cauliflower 2 cups, riced
  • Egg 1 large
  • Parmesan Cheese ½ cup, grated

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
  • Rice cauliflower and combine it with Parmesan and egg. Shape into tots and bake for 15–20 minutes.
  • Cook ground beef in a skillet, add onion, garlic, cream, and cheese. Season to taste.
  • Spread beef mixture in baking dish. Layer tots on top and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.
