Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon juice optional

Instructions
 

  • Trim excess fat from the chicken breasts and pat them dry with paper towels.
  • Season both sides of the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  • Add the chicken to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes on one side until golden and crispy.
  • Flip the chicken and cook for another 5-7 minutes until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  • Remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes.
  • Serve hot with your favorite sides and enjoy!
