- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon juice optional
Trim excess fat from the chicken breasts and pat them dry with paper towels.
