Ingredients
  

  • Turkey 10–12 lbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • Garlic onion powder
  • Paprika thyme, rosemary
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 cup broth

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F.
  • Remove giblets, rinse turkey, pat dry.
  • Mix herb butter and season turkey under skin and outside.
  • Truss turkey, place on roasting rack, add broth to pan.
  • Roast 13–15 mins per pound, basting every 45 mins.
  • Check temperature: 165°F in breast.
