- Almond Flour 2 cups
- Butter 1/3 cup
- Egg 1
- Ground Pork 1 lb
- Onion 1 small
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Cinnamon 1/2 tsp
- Cloves 1/4 tsp
- Nutmeg 1/4 tsp
Combine almond flour, salt, and butter until crumbly. Mix in beaten egg to form dough, then chill for 30 minutes.
Cook ground pork in a skillet until browned. Add onions, garlic, and spices, and cook until fragrant. Stir in chicken broth and coconut flour to thicken.
Roll out the dough and place it in a pie dish. Add filling, cover with the remaining dough, and seal the edges.
Bake at 375°F for 30–35 minutes. Cool slightly before serving.
