Ingredients
  

  • Almond Flour 2 cups
  • Butter 1/3 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Ground Pork 1 lb
  • Onion 1 small
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Cinnamon 1/2 tsp
  • Cloves 1/4 tsp
  • Nutmeg 1/4 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Combine almond flour, salt, and butter until crumbly. Mix in beaten egg to form dough, then chill for 30 minutes.
  • Cook ground pork in a skillet until browned. Add onions, garlic, and spices, and cook until fragrant. Stir in chicken broth and coconut flour to thicken.
  • Roll out the dough and place it in a pie dish. Add filling, cover with the remaining dough, and seal the edges.
  • Bake at 375°F for 30–35 minutes. Cool slightly before serving.
