- Butter, 2 tbsp
- Onion, 1 small, diced
- Celery, 2 stalks, diced
- Garlic, 2 cloves, minced
- Heavy cream, 1 cup
- Chicken broth, 1 cup
- Almond flour, 2 tbsp (for filling)
- Mixed vegetables, 1 cup (keto-friendly)
- Almond flour, 2 cups (for crust)
- Mozzarella cheese, 1 cup
- Butter, 4 tbsp (cold)
- Egg, 1 large
Melt butter in a skillet, sauté onion and celery until softened.
Add garlic and cook briefly.
Stir in cream, broth, and almond flour, cooking until thickened.
Fold in turkey, vegetables, and seasonings. Simmer briefly.
