Ingredients
  

  • Ground beef 1 lb
  • Almond flour 1 ½ cups
  • Egg 1 large
  • Mozzarella cheese 2 cups
  • Ricotta cheese 1 cup
  • Parmesan cheese ½ cup
  • Tomato sauce 1 can
  • Garlic cloves 2
  • Onion 1
  • Italian seasoning 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix almond flour, egg, and salt to form a dough.
  • Press dough into a greased baking pan and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  • Brown ground beef in a skillet, then add garlic and onion.
  • Stir in tomato sauce and seasonings, then let simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Layer ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses in the baked crust.
  • Pour the meat sauce over the cheese layers and top with more mozzarella.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  • Let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
