- Ground beef 1 lb
- Almond flour 1 ½ cups
- Egg 1 large
- Mozzarella cheese 2 cups
- Ricotta cheese 1 cup
- Parmesan cheese ½ cup
- Tomato sauce 1 can
- Garlic cloves 2
- Onion 1
- Italian seasoning 1 tbsp
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
