Ingredients
  

  • Almond flour – 1 ½ cups
  • Coconut flour – ½ cup
  • Erythritol – 1 cup
  • Eggs – 4
  • Almond milk – ½ cup
  • Butter – ½ cup
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp
  • Salt – ¼ tsp
  • Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
  • Cream cheese – 8 oz
  • Powdered erythritol – ½ cup
  • Heavy cream – ¼ cup
  • Optional: shredded coconut keto white chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 160°C (320°F), line 7-inch pan with parchment.
  • Whisk dry ingredients together.
  • Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
  • Combine gently, pour into pan.
  • Air fry 25–30 min, check doneness with toothpick.
  • Cool completely on wire rack.
  • Whip cream cheese, erythritol, vanilla, and heavy cream.
  • Slice cake, layer with cream filling, frost top and sides.
  • Decorate with coconut or white chocolate.
  • Chill 1 hour before serving.
