- Almond flour – 1 ½ cups
- Coconut flour – ½ cup
- Erythritol – 1 cup
- Eggs – 4
- Almond milk – ½ cup
- Butter – ½ cup
- Baking powder – 1 tsp
- Salt – ¼ tsp
- Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
- Cream cheese – 8 oz
- Powdered erythritol – ½ cup
- Heavy cream – ¼ cup
- Optional: shredded coconut keto white chocolate
Preheat air fryer to 160°C (320°F), line 7-inch pan with parchment.
Whisk dry ingredients together.
Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
Combine gently, pour into pan.
Air fry 25–30 min, check doneness with toothpick.
Cool completely on wire rack.
