- 2 cups almond flour
- ½ cup full-fat Greek yogurt
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp melted butter
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk yogurt, eggs, and melted butter.
In another bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Combine dry and wet ingredients, stirring gently.
Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 30–35 minutes.
Let cool, slice, and enjoy!
